Booking Cancelation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your retreat cost is refunded in full).

Apart from above, this retreat is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Mesquite Garden encourages all participants to purchase travel insurance and strongly recommends choosing a “cancel for any reason” policy >14 days before travel to reimburse you for your retreat, airfare, and other non-refundable expenses. Some travel insurance agencies

require purchase within 24 hours of placing a deposit so please do your research. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, hospitalization, global emergencies, pandemics, political crises, business emergencies, personal/family emergencies, personal/family illnesses, or any other unforeseen circumstance. 

There are no discounts for arriving late or leaving the retreat early.

Cancellations will result in loss of any add-ons you may have placed (VIP, Transportation, Etc).
