Ingredients: Holy Basil, Lemon Balm, Red Clover Blossoms, Marshmallow Root, Fennel Seed, Cinnamon Chips, Rose Petals, Licorice Root

Suggested Use:
Steep 1 tablespoon in 8–12 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes, covered. Strain and enjoy up to 2–3 cups daily. Can be enjoyed hot or chilled. For deeper support, drink consistently for at least 2–3 weeks.
